Founded in Cambridge, Ontario, we travel across the province to take on projects of all types and sizes—with safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility at the core of everything we do.
We take pride in a hands-on approach. Every project is overseen by our founder, Noah Romeo, who brings a deep sense of accountability and personal commitment to the work. Our close-knit team—eight professionals and one very loyal dog—brings precision and passion to every job site.

Due to this effort, we’ve become experts in recycling demolition materials, minimizing landfill waste, and helping clients meet sustainability goals. It’s one more way we show respect for the land we work on.

MEETING & PLANNING
Each morning kicks off with a Daily Pre-start Hazard Assessment – a collaborative safety conversation led by the site team.

EQUIPMENT INSPECTION
Each day, every piece of equipment undergoes a pre-start inspection, with any issues addressed before use. All inspections are logged for future reference.
03.
SAEFTY REPORT LOGGING
All safety processes and documentation are managed through SiteDocs, giving our team real-time access to records, inspections, and safety logs.
